
2025 DC Trip Payments
Final payment for the 2025 DC Trip is due by August 25, 2025. The final amount due is based on the ticket type purchased. For a double-occupancy room, the amount due is per person.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Cancellation must be received in writing to American Fundraising Foundation/Christians Engaged prior to departure. Refunds are based on the fee schedule below. Flights are not included in the trip cost and therefore airline fees are not part of the penalties below. Airline fees will vary based on each individual airline policy.
If cancellation occurs on or after August 25, 2025, 100% of total trip cost is due and is NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
