ACTION ALERT: Urge These Representatives to Vote Against HB 51 – the Most Extreme Pro-Abortion Bill in the Country

January 31

On Friday, the House Judiciary Committee will consider the most extreme pro-abortion bill in the country – HB 51.

HB 51:

  • Puts all risk of an abortion on women’s shoulders by stripping legal protections, including a consent requirement;
  • Strips away the requirement that only licensed physicians can perform abortions;
  • Keeps dangerous late-term abortions, up to birth, legal for any reason; and
  • Gives the abortion industry free rein to operate under the radar in New Mexico.

HB 51 is scheduled for a committee hearing Friday at 1:30 p.m., and your quick help is needed to urge the House Judiciary Committee members to vote “NO.”
