Urgent Alert: Protect Kids from Drag Queen Story Hour

April 24

Last week, we sent an update about the Drag Queen Story Hour planned for the Alpharetta Public Library, and you responded in a BIG way!

However, the library is still insisting on allowing the event to take place, so we need to ramp up the pressure. Will you make your voice heard today?

A Drag Queen Story Hour is inappropriate for children and constitutes “adult entertainment,” something truly unsuitable for a taxpayer-funded library. It seeks to impose a lifestyle on children that is inconsistent with God’s design, leads to increased rates of depression and suicide, and is incompatible with science.

The library will be quick to tell you that this is not a library-sponsored event. However, hosting the ideology-driven “Story Hour” is woefully inappropriate and incompatible with the library’s mission. By allowing the event on the premises, it is a tacit endorsement.

The kids that will be funneled to this event need our protecting and need leaders to take action. Please take action today and then spread the word!

As of now, the event is still scheduled for April 27th at 2:00pm at the Alpharetta Library. Be in prayer!

Because our children deserve better,
