Do you remember the Heartbeat Bill? We are still fighting for that bill in the courts – this incredible legislation is the most pro-life bill in the country.

But, we were one vote away from the bill failing.

That means, had your representative at the time, Bert Reeves, been absent or flipped his vote from a Yes to a No, the Georgia General Assembly would have rejected the notion that preborn children with beating hearts should be protected.

This isn’t the only time a bill has been decided by one vote. SB 47, a key school choice bill this year, was also a 1 vote win for families.

That’s why this is so important!

You have a special election coming up in YOUR DISTRICT on June 15th (early voting has begun and continues through Friday), and we wanted to make sure you were planning to vote!

Early numbers indicate this will be a LOW turnout, CLOSE election. YOUR VOTE MATTERS!

There are 5 candidates running in this race. We have provided an informational graphic on where the candidates stand on some of the issues. We hope this will help you make an informed decision when you cast your vote.

Please review this information, do any additional research you feel is necessary, determine the best candidate that lines up with your values, and MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD!

Please make a plan to vote on June 15th. The next big bill – one that has major policy implications for our state – could depend on it.

Because Your Vote Matters,

Cole Muzio

There can be no mistaking it – if you’re a Christian in 2021 America, you are in a battle. Whether you want it or not. Whether you signed up for it or not. Whether you are hoping you can avoid it despite all evidence to the contrary. YOU. ARE. IN. A. BATTLE.

Ephesians 6:13 “Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all, to stand firm.”

Living in the “Bible belt,” you may have thought you could avoid feeling the heat of battle. Sadly, it is upon us. It was clear when the Chamber of Commerce forced Governor Deal to cave and veto RFRA. It’s been clear as Stacey Abrams and her forces took money from San Francisco and New York and have rapidly made gains in our state election cycle after election cycle.

It was clear again this legislative session as big money groups opposed efforts to Save Girls Sports, establish the Right to Visit, and advance the cause of religious freedom in Georgia.

And, yes, it’s been abundantly clear as Coke, Delta, and the MLB have waged an all-out war against Georgia for having the audacity to pass voter integrity laws – generous laws that make it easy to vote and hard to cheat – in order to protect the will of the people.

We are your voice to fight back. If you want to stand with us, the largest and most effective voice for Christians in Georgia, please consider a generous donation today of $50, $100, $250, or greater to help us counter the “woke” corporations seeking to dominate our state.

Here’s the truth: this isn’t about voting laws. It’s about doing everything they can to install a leftist regime at the helm of Georgia – a state that, as we’ve caught a glimpse in recent months, can give them absolute control of the nation if we cannot hold our ground. This leftist regime would support abortion on demand, the indoctrination of our children, the erasing of gender, and the destruction of the nuclear family.

But, even more importantly, they want to attack the Gospel.

Here’s the message that “Reverend” Raphael Warnock, our U.S. Senator shared on Easter Sunday: “The meaning of Easter is more transcendent than the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Whether you are Christian or not, through a commitment to helping others we are able to save ourselves.”

As one friend commented: “How many layers of heresy can you weave into one tweet!!!???”

The agenda of the radical left in Georgia isn’t purely a political one. After all, we are in a spiritual battle – even more than we are a physical one. The forces aligned against us in this spiritual battle are not interested in politics in and of itself but, instead, as a means to an end.

They want to install politicians who will water down the Gospel, alter what it “means” to be a Christian, and make our faith something that is utterly meaningless and diluted.

That’s why there was great rejoicing in the enemy camp when a “Catholic” who embraces abortion and a radical agenda across the board was elected to the White House. It’s why there were, no doubt, shouts of glee when a “pastor” of a Baptist Church – one who believes we can “save ourselves” – became the most radical member of the United States Senate.

And, if we look in the mirror, it’s why the Enemy dances when churches remain silent on issues like abortion, sexuality, and the centrality of God’s design for the family. It’s why we can be assured that their most treasured vote at the ballot box is from the Christian who votes in a way that is contrary to his faith.

We’re committed to fighting back – against the woke mob, against forces that work to convince politicians to abandon their principles, and against the radical left.

We’re committed to gaining ground – for our faith, for our families, for our values, for the future, and for the Gospel.

As I’ve mentioned, we’re developing plans and we’ve got big announcements coming up. We’ve already achieved much as a ministry, but we know we must step up our game.

We realize we’re in a battle. One for Georgia and for America, yes. But, also, we are in a spiritual battle. While prayer and the Lord’s strength will always be our most powerful weapons, we do need resources. Please consider a generous donation today of whatever you feel led to give.

Having you standing with us means so much in this battle. Your support means more than you know.

For His Glory,Cole Muzio

PS. This is a critical time in the life of this ministry. Big announcements are coming, and we’re gearing up to make an even greater impact. While I ask for finances in this email – and, yes, those are important and I ask for your considered donation – I covet your prayers even more. As this is a critical time, it’s also a stressful time and one where much wisdom is needed. I ask for your prayers for me, my family, our team, and for all who partner with this ministry as we fight in this battle for Georgia. I promise you, your prayers are felt, and they are valued.

Just four years ago, we launched Family Policy Alliance of Georgia – seeing that our state was rapidly moving “blue” and that the Church had been weakened greatly. We knew that our vision and strategies were just what the state needed.

As predicted, we’re in a battle for the soul of Georgia. And, as we intended, we have become the tip of the spear that the radical left loves to hate.

We now, without a doubt, have a target on our back. Can you help us fight back with a generous donation of $50, $100, $250 or more today?

When I traveled around the state on the campaign trail, radical leftist groups began to threaten protests because I was speaking. Many of these same groups are attacking us now in their online articles simply because we stand for biblical values.

Days after the election, we received an email threatening to shut down our Facebook account. Thankfully, it remains open.

A phony “democracy” group we suspect of Stacey Abrams ties made false allegations against us and is even lying about what type of organization we are – all because we dared to tell the truth about Raphael Warnock. Their absurd-on-its-face lies underscore how desperate they are.

As the leader of this organization. I’ve grown accustomed to hate mail. Recently one such letter took an interesting tact – casting a curse that I would be a pariah that would be disavowed by my children and grandchildren.

Worst of all, however, liberal trolls are now stalking our team members at the Capitol – posting pictures of me and our staff on social media.

Think we’ve struck a nerve?

Since our launch, we’ve engaged winsomely and out of love for our neighbor. Yet, because we’ve been successful and remain a threat to a leftist takeover, we have a target on our back. We’re committed to being the #1 obstacle to the machinations of those who oppose our values.

The work ahead of us is hard, and we’re attracting attention. Can you help us rise to the challenge with a generous contribution today?

I know many are discouraged after November 3rd and January 5th. However, now is not the time to retreat. It’s the time to fight back. It’s time to understand that our state is very much at risk, and it’s time to go “all in” to save it.

We’re proud to have this target on our backs. We’ve earned it. Now, we’re counting on you to help us keep the distinction of being the foremost organization those who oppose the Gospel love to hate.

Fighting Back,

Cole Muzio
President and Executive Director

P.S. Liberals that want to take over Georgia know that we stand in their way, and they are eager to attack us in every way they can. We won’t let them win! Can you stand with us in this fight with a generous donation of $50, $100, $250, or greater?

Finding the right words have never been a problem for me. I’ve ghostwritten countless speeches, statements, and mass communications for officials, companies, and various other people in power. In this job, I write, I speak, I communicate.

At the risk of seeming too vulnerable, I’m struggling for the right words.

It’s difficult to know what to say to my six-year-old son – faced with the prospect of turning 10 before we’ll have the opportunity to defeat an administration that will advance death, destruction, and socialism.

I used the defeat of Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue – who he personally prayed for every day – as a teaching moment for him, but I felt a mixture of emotion and pain throughout the day. I’m not sure how clear I was as I tried to convey to him that God doesn’t always answer prayer as we expect but that his plan is always good.

The right words have similarly failed to come since I watched in horror the events unfold at the Capitol on Wednesday. The rioting and violence were utterly despicable, and a struggle (and consistent failure) to find the right words has led to this email being started countless different ways and numerous social media post drafts being deleted.

I feel like I’m supposed to have the answers – as a man, a dad, and as the leader of this organization. I’ll admit to you that I don’t. I’ll tell you I’m discouraged and in pain. I’m hurting, and my emotions are raw. The images I’ve seen on TV will have ramifications for years to come, and the punch-in-the-gut from the runoff elections will be tough to get over.

While I don’t have all the answers, I know the Bible commands me to be hopeful and joyful.

I know that my resolve to transform our state for His glory has never been stronger, and that there is no circumstance where our faithfulness to be in the arena should wane.

I know that – despite immense challenges – the data shows that Georgia is not lost. With the right strategies and the right message, the ingredients are there to take our state back.

I know that, when the legislative session gavels in on Monday, the majority of our legislators share our values. We WILL make gains for the issues we care about.

Our organization is primed to be part of the solution, and I’m sure that the Lord is leading us on the right path. We are committed to forging a Georgia where God is honored, and I promise no one will work harder toward that end than I will.

This is the moment where the Church in Georgia says “enough!” takes a stand and reclaims our state for the Gospel. It is time to wake up – revival is on the doorstep.

It is human nature to get frustrated in times like this and to get angry or walk away. That is entirely inconsistent with our biblical mandate. Even as we search for the right words and right answers, we know that now is not the time to shrink back.

The culture has never needed the Gospel more.

The culture has never needed an organization committed to a Georgia where God is honored, religious freedom flourishes, families thrive, and life is cherished more.

Christendom has never needed believers committed to glorifying God and loving their neighbor more.

We need you, frankly. This work matters, and now is the time.

I’ve seen dark days recently. But, I cling to hope.

I choose to live with joy because He has given me every reason to. I refuse to make politics a god, and I refuse to let earthly defeats curtail my lasting witness. I hope you’ll join me in these commitments.

We have work to do, my friends. I’m committed to it. Are you?

Never More Committed,

Cole Muzio
President and Executive Director

PS. I’m leaning on Scripture during this time. God’s promises allow us to truly live differently in the midst of great struggles than the non-believer does. This rendition of “It is well with my soul” is a song I find encouraging when I feel the weight of the spiritual battles we fight.

“Now we change Georgia, then we change America!” That’s what Sen. Chuck Schumer (left), the Democrat leader of the Senate, said about two critical U.S. Senate races in Georgia.

As we continue to pray for truth and accuracy in the presidential election, two other races are looming that will determine much of what happens in D.C. over the next two years.

Two razor-thin runoffs in Georgia will determine which party controls the U.S. Senate.

The candidates in these races are polar opposites. Republican senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue have proven their commitment to life and family values by their votes on the floor of the Senate.

Their opponents? Jon Ossoff (running against Perdue) is a longtime darling of the progressive movement and a radical on social issues. Raphael Warnock (running against Loeffler) even uses the Bible to support his abortion-without-limits position. Both Ossoff and Warnock are endorsed by Planned Parenthood and by the leading opponents of religious freedom.

How can you make a difference? Help us turn out pro-life voters!

Because this is a special election that comes on the heels of the holidays, the biggest issue is turnout – reaching people who tend to think like you and me but who are less consistent about voting.

Please help Family Policy Alliance reach voters who are pro-life but who are inconsistent at actually voting.

Using the latest voter tools – and working with our on-the-ground allies at Family Policy Alliance of Georgia – we have identified hundreds of thousands of voters to reach with mobile ads, texting, and more.

There is no time to waste. Early voting starts this Monday, and Election Day is less than four weeks away (Jan. 5).

Turning out these critical votes takes significant resources. Please give as generously as you can today!

Sincerely,

John Paulton
Mobilization Manager

P.S. The progressive movement is raising millions of dollars to fund the two Democratic candidates. Help counter them and make the difference by turning out voters who think like you and me. Let’s not let the Left have the Senate!

This week, a princess was born in our state. My daughter, Audrey Noel Muzio was born 7 lbs. 6 ounces on August 3rd, and she is cherished by her father – as she has been since the moment I found out about her existence last Christmas.

Before the dawn of time, the Lord planned for Audrey, He knew everything about her, and He saw fit to place her in my family. In the womb, He knit her together – designing her to accomplish His purpose. What a blessing and privilege it is to be the father of this image bearer!

When I look at Audrey, I am overwhelmed with joy. She possesses her mother’s beauty, and I already see elements of my bride’s personality as well as aspects her 3 brothers. Though just days old, she is both a combination of many things that already make my family special and a unique person who brings something new that we never knew we were missing.

I love Audrey, and I cannot wait to cherish every moment with her. What’s certain for Audrey is that she will be loved very much – by me and her mother, by Peyton, Cade, and Jarrett, by many others who already care for her, and, most importantly, by her Heavenly Father.

But, and here’s where I’m going to be a shameless father, the world Audrey will grow up in is far from certain.

Audrey was blessed to be born in the United States of America – and in the greatest state of the 50 – and in a time (pre-COVID) of unprecedented economic advancement. Yet, unlike any other election in American history, this November features an entire slate of candidates committed to undermining the core of what has made “being born in America” a privilege unique to the history of the world. Frankly, they hate what has made our nation great, and they hate the free conditions that have allowed for innovation and prosperity.

What’s worse is that, unlike any other election in American history, this November features an entire slate of candidates that are recklessly anti-science. They take the utterly illogical position that Audrey was not a person until she took her first breath days ago. And, they have the baseless belief that gender is a personal decision rather than a biological determination.

Unlike any election in American history, everything is on the line. American prosperity. The right to worship. Religious exercise in all aspects of life. The right to life. Reclaiming a runaway Court. The trajectory of nearly everything that will determine the future of the nation Audrey will grow up in will be determined in this election – with Georgia being foremost in deciding that outcome.

By no means is Donald Trump – or any candidate you’ll vote for in November, for that matter – perfect. But, there has never been a clearer set of contrasts between the America envisioned by the Right and the Left, and what happens in this election will set the course for my daughters’ early years.

For Audrey and for all in her generation, I’m humbly asking you to stand with us. Winning is critical, and, honestly, it’s personal. Can I count on you to support our voter outreach efforts with a generous donation of $25, $100, $500, or more today?

As a selfish father, I pray that the America Audrey will know will not be one where innocent life is snuffed out, gender is reinvented, church doors are barred shut, and all are vilified for their views – no matter how lovingly expressed – if they run counter to the left-wing mob.

In addition to Audrey, roughly 10,000 children took their first breath in American on August 3rd. To preserve the foundation of our nation and to forge a better country for them where God is honored, religious freedom flourishes, families thrive, and life is cherished – I humbly ask that you consider a donation today so that we can win big in November.

In closing, I want to say thank you to all who have prayed for and encouraged me and my wife throughout this pregnancy. Your friendship means more than you know.

A Proud and Hopeful Dad,

Cole Muzio
President and Executive Director

We won a lot, and it feels good. We lost some, and those will sting for a while.

As I write this, votes are still being counted. That could go on for a bit. I’m confident that we’ve won the first quarter of the game – the primary election. We’re now onto the second quarter – the runoff election.

Here’s what we know: We’ve, once again, proven to be the preeminent force for shifting our state in a more conservative, God-honoring direction. We’re taking on the tough races, going against the special interests and the powerful, and we’re winning.

Here’s what we think: If things hold – and, given current margins, we fully expect they will – we have won 12 of the 15 competitive primaries we were involved in, including some key victories and major upsets. Our friend Erick Erickson even gave us a shoutout on the radio for our efforts this cycle!

Here’s what we need: We spent serious money on TV ads, direct mail, social media engagement, live calling, text messages, and more – reaching conservative primary voters in a BIG way. We left it all on the field. But now we have as many as 13 runoff campaigns we could engage in, and we need to replenish our warchest. Your generous donation today will be used 100% to reach voters in this runoff election.

The outcomes of these runoffs could be decisive in the next conservative legislative battles – remember the Heartbeat Bill passed by only one vote! If we nominate weak-willed moderates, we cannot tackle the next series of big issues. Can we count on you?

With a lower turnout model in the runoff expected, we may be able to reach a district for $2,000 per mail piece. Can this email pay for a mail piece? Can it pay for two?

You have been so generous with your support. If you feel led to help secure a more conservative team of legislators under the Gold Dome, I humbly ask for your support. This link sends you directly to our elections fund so that we can advance our values ahead of the August 11 runoff.

I’ll be updating you about the election results soon – probably in the next 24 hours. I expect those results to continue to show we won the first quarter. But, in the meantime, please prayerfully consider whether you can help us win the second quarter – winning for our values in the runoff elections.

On to Victory,

Cole Muzio
President and Executive Director

The reality is that many people are hurting, and, even in the best of times, I hate asking for money. If you’re one of those whom this virus has negatively affected financially, please understand that our appeal to you isn’t for funding, it’s for prayer.

But, the reality is that we do need dollars, and, if you’re in a position to help, I’d greatly appreciate your support in helping us reach our goal of $12,460 by April 30th.

As you likely are aware, the Georgia primary election is June 9th, and it is critical to build on the conservative momentum in our state. Making our efforts all-the-more important, however, is the fact that pro-family incumbents cannot fundraise prior to this election, meaning they depend solely on groups like ours to defend them against liberal attacks!

In total, we’ve identified at least 34 primary races that we are closely monitoring. In most of those, we will make endorsements and work to turn out pro-family voters. In many, we will be mounting significant turnout and information campaigns to help our candidates win.

This is costly, but the cost is necessary.

The winners of these campaigns will set the tone for the general election in November as well as the make-up of the General Assembly and United States Congress – whether we will have a bold conservative direction or not.

To support our critical election needs, consider a generous donation today.

If you’re needing a tax deduction, you can support the Family Policy Foundation education and training efforts – currently matching funds up to $150,000 – here.

As I mentioned at the outset, I know folks are hurting. If you are in that category, I’d humbly ask for your powerful prayers and not your money. We live in a real world, and financial resources ae important. But, all the financial resources we could ever assemble will never come close to the powerful work of the Lord. We need all believers to ask God to show favor to our efforts.

Together, I believe that we will win. This virus has affected many things, but the fight for our values doesn’t stop. There will be a day when we return to normal, and, when that day comes, we must have assembled the elected personnel needed to forge a Georgia where God is honored, religious freedom flourishes, families thrive, and life is cherished.

Let’s work and pray toward that end.

To Victory,

Cole Muzio
President and Executive Director

With the swearing in of Governor Brian Kemp and Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan, our state departed from the establishment status quo and embraced a new, more conservative governing philosophy that puts Georgians first.

The Kemp-Duncan team is transforming our state in powerful ways, but, to achieve our goals, we must to do our part to send strong allies for the movement to the General Assembly. That’s why I’m honored to announce our endorsement of Jason Anavitarte for State Senate.

I’ve had the privilege of getting to know Jason as we’ve advocated for our values at the Capitol and worked to support the leadership of our state. He’s the real deal, someone who cares deeply for his community, and an ally who will fight for our values.

Jason has proven himself as a devoted public servant in Paulding County and one of the key conservative voices in our state. He’s been a strong ally of Governor Kemp, and Geoff Duncan has already endorsed his candidacy. As we seek to change the culture under the Gold Dome – to one unafraid of the big issues and committed to putting you first – Jason has a big part to play.

As the leading organization behind the Heartbeat Bill, we are excited about the opportunity to elect another champion to this seat. Senator Bill Heath has been a stalwart, and he leaves a big hole to fill in the Senate. I’m grateful that the Lord has called Jason to fill it.

We cannot hope to continue the great progress we’ve seen unless we send reinforcements to the Capitol to fight alongside us, Brian Kemp, Geoff Duncan, and other great leaders. Without question, Jason Anavitarte is the conservative leader we need in the fight, and I implore you to stand with us in this critical campaign!

To Victory,

Cole Muzio
President and Executive Director

From the moment the votes for the Heartbeat Bill were cast, an important election got even more critical. And, since that moment, we have been on the road, interviewing candidates, recruiting prospects, making sure that we were ready to defend those who fought for LIFE, and preparing to unseat radicals who oppose us at every turn.

Here in Georgia, we have a tremendous opportunity to send a powerful signal with:

The path to Senate control, the ability to gain a strong upper hand on the Supreme Court, and an opportunity to double-down on the right to life all run through Georgia. That’s why we’ve been so determined to forge a comprehensive plan to transform our culture at the ballot box.

Currently, we’ve identified 46 races that we feel will be highly competitive. We must defend many of the lead advocates of the Heartbeat Bill, and we have been working to flip the seats of 12 pro-abortion votes against it – an objective where we are close to finding a strong candidate in each of those spots. And, we must unite support behind the candidates that will advance our values nationally. Our goal is to gain seats – not merely hold the line.

That’s why this time period is so critical.

First, please be in prayer for the right candidates. So many races are won or lost based on who is running. Finding a credible, appealing, and hard-working candidate that matches a district isn’t easy. With March 2-6 being the qualifying period for office, I’m asking each of you to join us in prayer that the right candidates will step forward.

Second, I’m humbly asking for your support. Can you help us raise $2,500 by February 29th that will be used to support advocates for LIFE?

While the general election is even more critical than usual this year, we need to ensure that we use the primary to nominate those most willing to fight for our values with boldness and clarity. As the premier elections organization in the state, can we count on your support?

As a competitive person, I love to win. And, this election cycle, I believe we will. I see the energy and momentum as I travel the state, and we have some great candidates we’ll be supporting. But…this is a team effort. I’m grateful for your partnership in this plan.

To Victory,

Cole Muzio
President and Executive Director
