BREAKING: Newsom Signs Law to “Trans” Kids Across the Nation
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed controversial SB107, the #CaliKidnappers bill
Last night, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law SB107, which allows California to take custody of children from around the nation in order to perform gender “transition” procedures on them, even against their parents’ wills.
Statement from Craig DeRoche, CEO and President of Family Policy Alliance:
“Governor Newsom hasn’t even run for President yet, but last night he signed his own coronation papers in a raft of over 160 bills he took action on. In signing SB107 he awarded himself custody of every child struggling with gender dysphoria, elected himself governor of every state to thwart their own laws that might protect children from harmful and sterilizing gender “transitions,” and dared the entire nation to do anything about it.
“Newsom’s arrogance is no longer just a threat to California. It’s a threat to every Governor’s authority, every state’s boundaries, every parent’s rights and responsibilities, and—worst of all—to every child.
“No longer can Americans stay silent. Lawmakers around the country must rally together to protect the children in their state from falling victim to Newsom’s kidnapping scheme. Congress must seriously consider this attempt to thwart the good – and sovereign – work of lawmakers in other states to protect children from irreversible harm. And Americans across the country must make one thing clear: California has no authority over our kids.”
Family Policy Alliance is grateful for the work of its state ally California Family Council in opposing SB107 and joins in their call on Americans around the nation to take a stand.
