There’s one thing that’s crystal clear on this year’s Nebraska ballot: Initiative 434 must PASS and Initiative 439 must FAIL if women and children are to continue to be protected in the Cornhusker state. That’s why we urge you to vote “FOR” Initiative 434 and “AGAINST” Initiative 439!
If you haven’t heard the details, the abortion industry is attempting to enshrine a right to abortion in the Nebraska Constitution with a ballot initiative called Initiative 439 that would legalize late-term dismemberment abortions, eliminate health and safety standards, remove parental notification requirements, put girls at greater risk for human trafficking, and pave the way for taxpayer-funded abortion.
Women and children deserve real love and support, not dangerous proposals that jeopardize the health and safety of women and end the lives of precious baby boys and girls.
Medical professionals and legal experts responded with a counter-initiative, called Initiative 434, to preserve common-sense protections, safeguard parental rights, and protect women and children.
Nebraska is at a crossroads, and its voters will decide the outcome. Along with our friends at Nebraska Family Alliance (NFA), who are working tirelessly to protect women and children in the Cornhusker state, we urge you to get the facts and vote “FOR” Initiative 434 and “AGAINST” Initiative 439.
Nebraska’s vulnerable women and children deserve the protections Initiative 434 gives—not the reckless and dangerous proposals of Initiative 439. They’re depending on your vote “FOR” Initiative 434 and “AGAINST” Initiative 439 on Election Day!
