Your efforts to stop the reckless and dangerous so-called Reproductive Freedom Act is working! New Jersey political media recently covered the bill’s lack of support in both parties. Your advocacy, your prayers, and your participation in pro-life rallies across the state is making a difference, but this is no time to quit. The Big Abortion Industry, led by Planned Parenthood, is not giving up their demands to codify abortion up to birth and force medical professionals to perform abortions against their own conscience with your money.

The coalition of pro-life organizations working together to defeat this bill have organized our next Day of Action, Prayer, and Protest on Saturday, April 17 from 10AM-Noon.

Location:

The offices of Senator Joe Vitale and Assemblyman Craig Coughlin
569 Rahway Ave., Woodbridge, NJ 07095

Please register for this pro-life rally here!

Senator Vitale is the chair of the Senate Health Committee and Assemblyman Coughlin is the Speaker of the Assembly. These men have distinct leadership roles in the legislature to stop this bill from moving forward.

Let’s act like lives depend on it – because they do!

Your help is needed immediately to stop the Reproductive Freedom Act. The Montclair city council recently passed a resolution on January 19, 2021 calling for the passage of the “so-called Reproductive Freedom Act.”. This radical abortion bill, that prohibits parental notification and mandates taxpayer funding of abortion up to the point of birth, should not have the support of any local officials.

We must make sure that other New Jersey towns do not recklessly and dangerously pass these anti-life resolutions to appease the demanding Big Abortion Industry.

What can you do?

The coalition of pro-life organizations working together to defeat this bill have organized our next Day of Action, Prayer, and Protest on Saturday, March 20 from 10AM – Noon. Please register for further details and reminders. We will meet at the Montclair Municipal Building, 205 Clairmont Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042

Dear Friends—

I need your help.

One of the encouraging stories of 2020 has been the faithful and sacrificial generosity of ministry partners like you. Though our giving was understandably impacted by COVID in the Spring, we ultimately hit our fundraising target for the fiscal year ending September 30.

Today, I am coming to you with an opportunity to DOUBLE your impact and investment in our work. Thanks to a generous ministry partner, Family Policy Foundation of New Jersey has a $25,000 year-end matching grant, meaning that every gift you send today will be matched dollar-for-dollar.

As of today, we have only raised $2,950 toward our $25,000 match.

Will you help us raise the remaining $22,050 today?

If you have not yet given this year, or if you have given and would like to further help us reach our match goal, I invite you to do so by sending a gift of $50, $100, $250, or $500.

Beyond what you can give, I also want to thank you for what you have done!

First, the NJ License to Kill Act (formerly the so-called Reproductive Freedom Act) was not added to the Health Committee hearings this week. THRIVE NJ, the abortion lobbyist coalition, was pressuring the chairs of both the Senate and Assembly Health Committees to add this bill to their agenda on Monday and Thursday. But  because of your calls and your presence at protests across the state, the bill has not been scheduled for a hearing. Thank you for your help in opposing this dangerous and radical bill. Additional protests and phone campaigns will be forthcoming.

Secondly, because of your activism, the LGBT textbook database bill was removed from the Senate agenda two weeks ago at the last minute. I, along with our volunteer legislative captains, have been in contact with key senators and bill sponsors to share our concerns on these types of bills that violate the fundamental religious beliefs of millions of New Jerseyeans. The NJDOE is now in the process of amending this bill because of the widespread opposition against it.

Thank you for your prayers, financial support, and engagement!

Let’s win back NJ,

Under this legislation:

Because of protests throughout the state this week, pro-abortion organizations are now pressuring Senate President Steve Sweeney and Health Committee Chair, Senator Joe Vitale, to put this NJ Freedom to Kill Act in the upcoming Health Committee meetings this Monday, Dec. 7.

We need you to immediately contact the Health Committee in the Senate.

After filling out our Action Alert, please call Senate and Assembly leaders to tell them not to put the NJ Freedom to Kill Act (formerly the so-called Reproductive Freedom Act) on the Health Committee agenda.

Senator Joe Vitale: (732) 855-7441

Phone Message:

Hello, my name is __________. I am calling about the so-called Reproductive Freedom Act. This is the most dangerous and radical abortion bill ever proposed in our state. It violates conscience protections, puts women at risk in late term abortions and abortions performed by non-physicians, and prohibits any protections for babies in the womb – even up to birth. I urge Senator ___________  to not allow this bill to be added to the upcoming Health Committee agenda.

Let’s act like lives depend on it – because they do!

Your help is needed immediately to stop the Reproductive Freedom Act, the most radical abortion bill ever proposed in this state. If this bill is passed, it will codify into law the extreme anti-life policies practiced in only a handful of nations.

This includes:

Governor Murphy and the current pro-abortion lawmakers want to end the debate over the right to life in New Jersey once and for all.  Their solution is simple: abortion at any time, for any reason, without any restrictions – without end.

What can you do?

First, join us and over a dozen pro life organizations for a Day of Action on Wednesday, Nov. 11, in a peaceful protest and prayer gathering led by Rev. Clernard Childress of New Calvary Baptist Church in Montclair. Please register so we can contact you with updated information next week.

We will meet at the offices of the two senate sponsors:

Wed, Nov. 11, 10 am–12 pm: Sen. Loretta Weinberg, 545 Cedar Lane, Teaneck, NJ (NOTE: This is a different location than was initially planned.)

Wed, Nov. 11, 2 pm—4 pm: Sen. Linda Greenstein, 1249 S River Rd #105, Cranbury, NJ

Second, I want to urge you to contact the bill sponsors and other key senators who will decide the fate of babies in the womb.  Please complete our action alert form and call the following:

Hello, my name is __________. I am calling about The Reproductive Freedom Act. This is the most dangerous and radical abortion bill ever proposed in our state. It violates conscience protections, puts women at risk in late-term abortions and abortions performed by non-physicians, and prohibits any protections for babies in the womb – even up to birth. I urge Senator/Assembly ___________  to vote NO. Can we count on him/her to help protect women and children from this unsafe law?

The bill is most likely scheduled to be heard in committee within weeks.

Your help is needed immediately to stop the Reproductive Freedom Act, the most radical abortion bill ever proposed in this state. NJ already holds the infamous status of the most unsafe state in the nation for a baby in the womb, as abortion facilities outnumber pro-life pregnancy centers, 50 -37. As the life movement continues to win the public debate regarding protections for babies in the womb, Gov. Murphy, Sen. Loretta Weinberg, Sen. Linda Greenstein and 14 Assembly members have put forth a bill that would seal the fate of the unborn for decades to come in our state.

Currently, NJ has no restrictions on abortion. Any abortion regulations that passed the legislative process in previous decades were found to be unconstitutional by activist judges in our state. Therefore, our abortion laws reflect those of Communist China and North Korea. The Reproductive Freedom Act will now codify into law the extreme anti-life policies practiced in only a handful of nations.

This includes:

The Murphy administration and pro-abortion Democrats have introduced this bill in the middle of a health pandemic forcing the lockdown of the statehouse grounds. No one is allowed in the statehouse unless invited, and no group can assemble on the statehouse lawn in protest. However, gatherings at local district offices of legislators are being planned.

We need you to immediately contact the Health Committees in the Senate and Assembly. The bill is most likely scheduled to be heard in committee within weeks after election day. After filling out our Action Alert, please call committee members to tell them to vote NO on the Reproductive Freedom Act.

Let’s act like lives depend on it – because they do!
