Rhonda Bogner, CPA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Family Policy Alliance, providing leadership and oversight for the ministry’s financial, operational, and administrative functions.
In her role, she directs accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes while also ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards. She oversees day-to-day operations, including human resources, risk management, and organizational systems, to ensure efficiency and alignment with the ministry’s mission. Rhonda partners with the CEO and Leadership Team to support strategic planning, steward resources effectively, and strengthen organizational infrastructure.
With extensive experience in nonprofit financial management and operations, Rhonda brings both technical expertise and a passion for building strong, mission-driven organizations.
