DOUG NAPIER

Douglas H. Napier, Esq., formerly served as senior vice president of alliance relations at Alliance Defending Freedom, where he focused on serving, strengthening and expanding strategic alliances throughout the country and world.

Doug joined the organization in 2007 to work with a network of thousands of allied attorneys and eventually became the head of all litigation efforts in the U.S. Subsequently, he served in the role of executive director of ADF International where he directed legal advocacy work in Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has conducted regional and national training to help equip allied attorneys, pastors, business leaders and other allies across the globe.

He earned his J.D. in 1990 from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he graduated with distinction. He received a B.A. in finance at the University of Iowa in 1985 and graduated with a M.A. in biblical studies from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1988.

He is admitted to the bar before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Arizona Supreme Court, the Iowa Supreme Court and various federal appellate and district courts across the U.S. He is a fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, is a member of the Council for National Policy, and serves on the board of the Colson Center for Christian Worldview.

Doug resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his wife Christi and two children.
