Contributions or gifts to Family Policy Alliance (“FPA”), an IRS Section 501(c)(4) organization, are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The first $1.00 of any contribution to FPA will be applied toward annual membership dues. Contributions or gifts to Family Policy Foundation (“FPF”), a Section 501(c)(3) organization, are deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

The following states require FPA and FPF to include special notices. Unless otherwise indicated, each state’s notice applies to both FPA and FPF.
