Manager, Partner Relations
Pam Duffy serves as Partner Relations Manager for the Family Policy Alliance Development Team. She is responsible for cultivating and growing relationships with ministry partners who support FPA’s and FPF’s outreach. Her ability to relate to each ministry partner requires a thorough understanding of their areas of passion, reasons for supporting the ministry and personal preference for communicating. Her experience as a Certified Grant Specialist assisted her previous work with Family Policy Foundation’s grant proposals and the acquisition of additional funds for specific programs.
Prior to joining Family Policy Alliance, Pam served for 10 years as the President of the Warren Duffy Organization, a communication, marketing and fundraising enterprise serving small to medium ministries. Before that, she was employed as the Development Director for Mammoth Hospital where she was successful in procuring over $2M in grants and philanthropic giving while also filling the position as endorsement chairperson for the hospital’s $22.5-million bond campaign. In addition, Pam has been employed as a radio producer, sales and operations manager, teacher and publishing manager.
Pam attended Ohio University and the University of Kentucky before receiving her B.A. in Business Management and Communications from the University of Redlands, Redlands, CA. Pam spends any free minute with her English Crème Retriever, Parker, her son, daughter-in-law, three grandchildren and their Lab, Gus.
