The RESTORE Act

Drafted by our friends at the Heritage Foundation and endorsed by FPA, the RESTORE Act expands women’s access to comprehensive, life-affirming care that supports healthy pregnancies. Arkansas State Rep. Alyssa Brown, a graduate of our Statesmen Academy, courageously sponsored the first state version of the Act, enacted in Arkansas in 2025. Watch more about this here.


Baby Olivia Laws

Baby Olivia Laws enable children to be taught about embryology, human development, and life in the womb in schools, educating the next generations on the value of life from the moment of fertilization. 


Internet Safety

We have protected the children of 22 states from exposure to online pornography, and we will not stop until parents finally have the tools to protect their children online in all 50 states. Protecting children from pornography exposure means healthier future intimate relationships and less unplanned pregnancies in successive generations. Defund Planned Parenthood

We worked tirelessly to help Congress and President Trump defund Planned Parenthood and abortion providers in 2025’s “One Big Beautiful Bill.” We will continue to advocate for no taxpayer funding of abortion at both the federal and state levels.  

Chemical & Mail Abortion

We are working to support pro-life states as they increase protections for mothers from the most common method of abortion in a post-Roe age and ensuring out-of-state doctors cannot harm vulnerable women by sending these drugs through the mail. 


Support Pregnancy Centers

Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRCs) provide critical, life-saving support to women facing unexpected pregnancies. They also face unprecedented slander and lawfare from pro-abortion activists and state officials. We are working with our state FPC partners and our national allies at National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) to ensure PRCs continue their work and are protected from baseless legal action. 


Assisted Suicide

God never made a throwaway person—every life bears His image and is worth living. FPA strongly opposes the rise of euthanasia in the West and is working to oppose policies that would import Canadian-style increased access to assisted suicide to the U.S. and its allies. 

Surrogacy

Children are not products. More children are killed by the surrogacy industry than by the abortion industry. But Every child deserves to know and be raised by their biological mom and dad. FPA works with national and state allies to oppose the growth of commercial surrogacy that commodifies and kills children and destroys the bonds of the nuclear family.
