Dear Friend,
Last month, the U.S. Department of Education ruled that California violated Title IX by allowing males to compete in girls’ sports and access girls’ locker rooms. Officials gave the state 10 days to comply, or risk losing $8 billion in federal education funding.
Their response? A flat-out “no.”
Instead of protecting girls’ safety and privacy, California leaders are choosing to jeopardize both fairness in competition and billions of taxpayer dollars.
If one of the largest states in the country is willing to sacrifice so much to appease gender activists, who’s next?
This isn’t just a California issue. It’s a wake-up call for the nation. Our allies at California Family Council are sounding the alarm and fighting back to ensure Title IX protections are honored and that girls can compete on a level playing field.

Should Taxpayers Fund Inmates’ Gender Transitions?
In Kentucky, the ACLU is suing to force taxpayers to bankroll “gender transitions” for prison inmates, including a convicted murderer.
Lawmakers had already acted with bipartisan support to pass Senate Bill 2, banning public dollars from being used for these elective procedures. But without that law, 67 inmates already on cross-sex hormones could become the first wave of many to demand costly, irreversible surgeries at taxpayer expense.
Our friends at The Family Foundation are leading the fight in court, reminding us of a simple truth: ”No taxpayer should be forced to fund irreversibly harmful procedures, mutilating procedures that leave gender dysphoric patients worse off than before.
Abortion Trafficking at Virginia High School
In Virginia, a shocking scandal has surfaced in which a public high school reportedly used taxpayer dollars to facilitate abortions for students without parental knowledge or consent.
This is anti-life, anti-student, and anti-parent. Schools have now coerced vulnerable young women into abortions they may not even want. Worse, Virginians’ own tax dollars were used, making every citizen complicit in this violence and violation of parental rights.
The timing also matters as Virginia’s gubernatorial race heats up, because parents deserve leaders who will defend life and protect their rights, not sidestep the issue.

Why It Matters
These battles show us what’s at stake in every state: protecting girls, defending parental rights, and ensuring our laws reflect reality, not ideology. While California, Kentucky, and Virginia embody these recent controversies, the effects reach every family in America. What happens in these states will eventually come to your state.
Thank you for standing with us and our state allies as we seek a nation where God is honored, religious freedom flourishes, families thrive, and life is cherished.
For our families,
