Since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, President Biden, Senator Schumer, and Speaker Pelosi are trying to appease their base by pushing an onslaught of radical abortion policies.

Speaker Pelosi pitched a fit the day Roe v. Wade was overturned, and today she brought two extreme abortion bills to the House floor for a vote, H.R. 8296 and H.R. 8297.

H.R. 8296 will allow abortion-on-demand in every state if enacted into law and H.R. 8297 will protect abortionists and hurt women if enacted into law. The House passed both bills today by a vote of 219-209.

When the votes were brought up on the floor, Representatives Michelle Fischbach (MN-7) and Mike Johnson (LA-04) stepped up to the plate and brought motions to vote on the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Act. But Democrats balked at the common-sense protections for children outside of the womb who survive abortions and voted down the motions—proving how extreme Democrat leadership has become in their abortion policy.

The Senate pitched a fastball with a bill that shields abortionists from state laws that protect life and promotes women traveling across state lines to have abortions. Thankfully, Sen. Lankford (OK) cried “foul!” and was able to stop the bill in its tracks.

President Biden is trying to score as many points with the far-left base as he can by pushing abortion policies through the Executive Branch. Last week, he issued an Executive Order protecting “mobile abortionists,” seeking to discredit pregnancy care centers, creating legal cover for the abortion industry, and spreading the abortion poison pill.

The President is also trying to load his bases with federal agencies. For instance, the Department of Justice created a “Reproductive Justice Task Force” to fight pro-life laws and spread dangerous chemical abortions. The Department of Health and Human Services issued guidelines attempting to force pharmacists to provide abortifacients.

With the overturning of Roe v. Wade, we know we are not in the last inning! And we know that protecting life is not a political game.

While the left’s batting average is failing the American people, we will not stop fighting for the life and well-being of preborn children and their mothers. When abortion is unthinkable and life is cherished, we win.

It’s a dark day in Colorado.

This afternoon, Governor Jared Polis signed into law a radical abortion bill (HB22-1279). This law strips away all restrictions and regulations on abortion in the state. Plus, it prohibits any local restrictions on abortion from being enacted at any time in the future!

Some examples of what has now been outlawed in Colorado:

This bill is nothing short of a tragedy.

But the truth is, it’s just a taste of where the pro-abortion lobby is headed as they fearfully await a decision in the Supreme Court case that challenged Roe v. Wade.

Whether in that case or another future case, the abortion lobby knows that Roe’s time is running short. And they know that if Roe is overturned, it will be up to each state to decide the fate of its unborn children.

Their response? Push harder than ever for abortion and make it more difficult for states to pass or maintain pro-life protections.

In many cases – like Colorado – the abortion lobby has started its efforts ahead of time.

In others, you can expect a strong anti-life push as soon as the Supreme Court makes any kind of pro-life decision. What kinds of things could happen? Here’s a sampling:

The bottom line is this: when Roe v. Wade is overturned – and even before it is – abortion activists will fight like never before to keep abortion in your state.

That’s why it’s critical that every one of us is engaged to stand for life like never before around the country. For you, that may include:

Don’t know where to start? Click the image below to find out where your state is at on abortion and get plugged in!

Abortion activists will do everything they can to keep abortion in our country. Let’s do all we can to protect every life instead.

Sincerely,

Early this morning, after nearly 14 hours of testimony and debate, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed the radical abortion bill (HB22-1279) on a 3-2, party-line vote.

The bill now goes to the full Senate – the last chance to stop it before it would go to Gov. Jared Polis.

Your help is needed more than ever to speak up to your senator and to rally other Coloradans to oppose this unconscionable bill!

HB22-1279 will strip away all restrictions or regulations on abortion in Colorado. And it would prohibit any local restrictions on abortion from being enacted at any time in the future!

Under this radical bill:

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Please send a message to your state senator. It only takes 30 seconds on our Action Center.
  2. After you send the message, click on the phone icon to leave a brief voicemail asking your senator to OPPOSE the radical abortion bill (HB22-1279).
  3. Then please pass along this alert to others so they can take a stand as well!

Thank you for standing up for those who can’t protect themselves!

Governor Murphy and abortion extremists are working overtime to get the dangerous and unconscionable so-called Reproductive Freedom Act passed before Election Day this November.

They are insisting this bill be heard and voted on despite many within their own party requesting to postpone the vote until the lame-duck session after the general election this fall.

The pro-life coalition of groups across New Jersey is gathering in Trenton the day after the primary election to rally for life!

I look forward to seeing you on June 9th.

Your efforts to stop the reckless and dangerous so-called Reproductive Freedom Act is working! New Jersey political media recently covered the bill’s lack of support in both parties. Your advocacy, your prayers, and your participation in pro-life rallies across the state is making a difference, but this is no time to quit. The Big Abortion Industry, led by Planned Parenthood, is not giving up their demands to codify abortion up to birth and force medical professionals to perform abortions against their own conscience with your money.

The coalition of pro-life organizations working together to defeat this bill have organized our next Day of Action, Prayer, and Protest on Saturday, April 17 from 10AM-Noon.

Location:

The offices of Senator Joe Vitale and Assemblyman Craig Coughlin
569 Rahway Ave., Woodbridge, NJ 07095

Please register for this pro-life rally here!

Senator Vitale is the chair of the Senate Health Committee and Assemblyman Coughlin is the Speaker of the Assembly. These men have distinct leadership roles in the legislature to stop this bill from moving forward.

Let’s act like lives depend on it – because they do!

Executive Director

Dear Pastor,

As you are aware, the so-called Reproductive Freedom Act is the most radical and dangerous abortion bill ever to be introduced in our state – or possibly any state. For this reason, we launched JerseyVotesNo.com to inform everyone on the real threats this bill would have on the health of women, the safety of minors, the rights of parents, and the consequences pro-life medical workers will face.

We are working together with a coalition of pro-life groups in our state to protect babies in the womb. Our efforts have proven successful. This bill is a priority for Governor Murphy and his wife Tammy, yet the bill has stagnated and still awaits a committee hearing. To counter these efforts, Planned Parenthood and a large coalition of pro-abortion groups are requesting clergy sign a letter of support for abortion up to birth to remain legal forever in our state by passing the so-called Reproductive Freedom Act! You can find their letter here.

Now, I look to you to communicate with the legislature the heart of God. I need you to add your name to a letter that opposes the so-called Reproductive Freedom Act. It is imperative that legislators know the real position of pastors in New Jersey regarding unrestricted taxpayer-funded, late-term abortions. If they don’t hear from you, they will only be hearing from other members of the clergy giving their moral stamp of approval to end the lives of babies in the womb.

Sign this letter today through our online form and share this email with your network of like-minded pastors. If you can sign on behalf of your church, please include the church name. If not, you can add your support by only signing your individual name and town.

Thank you for spreading the word!

Sincerely,

Shawn Hyland
Executive Director
