What if I need to cancel my registration?

Registrations cancelled prior to February 21, 2023, are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Registrations cancelled on or after February 21, 2023, are non-refundable.

Please contact us at SoConCon@FamilyPolicyFoundation.com with any questions on cancellations, refunds or substituting your registration. Registration substitutions will not be allowed once the attendee has checked in to the event.

What is the attire for SoConCon?

Attire for the daytime sessions is business casual. Attire for dinners during SoConCon is business professional (men: suit or sport coat; ladies: please dress accordingly).

Is there a code of conduct for SoConCon?

Yes, the SoConCon is a forum where social conservative policy organizations and leaders can debate ideas and issues, develop solutions and action steps together, and delve deep into the issues common to our organizations.

As such, every attendee must agree to speak in a civil manner when presenting at or attending the SoConCon, without disparaging other attending individuals or organizations. Every attendee must exercise professionalism, consideration, and respect in their speech and actions.

FPAF reserves the right to ask guests to leave the event if they do not follow the civility policy.

Are there sponsorship opportunities and exhibitor booths at SoConCon?

Can media attend SoConCon?

What are the photography, video and social media policies?

Attendees may take photographs or post updates on social media as appropriate from the SoConCon, without disclosing the specific location. Attendees may not record any session without prior permission from an FPAF team member.

By completing the registration process, you understand that you may be photographed, taped or recorded. You grant permission for FPAF to use your image or voice in all forms and media as permitted by law. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of your image or voice or the written copy that may be used in connection with either.

May my spouse accompany me to the conference?

Yes. Spouse registration is meant to accommodate legal spouses ONLY. No exceptions will be made. Spouse designation will be clearly visible on name badge.

Are there any other conference policies I should be aware of?

Lanyards & Name Badges
You will be provided with a name badge and lanyard upon registration. Wearing your lanyard and name badge is required at all times to attend every session at the conference.

Personal Property
FPAF accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property at the SoConCon.
