A Wild Ride

When the clock strikes midnight on September 30, we will wrap my first full fiscal year with Family Policy Alliance. It’s been a wild ride.

As many of you know, our journey began in the middle of the last fiscal year when I moved my family from Ohio to Georgia to launch this organization in January, 2017. Since then, we waited for our house to be built, moved in, had our 3rd child, went through some major health struggles, and had a host of trials and joys along the way. There hasn’t been a dull moment in the Muzio house, and we like it that way.

Over the last year and a half, a lot has changed in our family, but the calling the Lord has on us has remained the same: we are committed to a Georgia where God is honored, religious freedom flourishes, families thrive and life is cherished.

Thanks to you, we have made great strides toward that vision.

Just this year, we have authored 3 crucial bills for families, supported other pro-family efforts, and are working on even more for the 2019 legislative session. Additionally, we sent 4 key Georgia leaders to our Statesmen Academy, and our work in elections has been integral in nominating candidates who will fight for our values.

Because of your faithful support, 2019 is a year of great opportunity. The legislation we are working on is key for Georgia families- for school choice, for religious freedom, for protecting life, and empowering students and teachers to exercise their First Amendment rights. Our Statesmen Alumni will be strong allies for us at the Capitol- partnering with us to win on the issues- as will the pro-family leaders we are working to elect.

That’s why I want to make sure we have a strong close to our fiscal year- so that we can be ready to maximize the opportunities the Lord presents us with. As always, there are 2 ways to give.

First, to fund our the Family Policy Foundation’s education efforts, policy work, Statesmen Academy, AND receive a tax deduction, contribute HERE.

Second, to fund our lobbying and elections work AND have your contribution DOUBLED through a generous matching grant, contribute HERE.

It’s been an honor to partner with you here in Georgia, and you have been a blessing to my family and me. Please be in prayer for our organization, the upcoming elections, and a strong close to our fiscal year.

God Bless,

Cole Muzio
President and Executive Director
