This is a bold and disturbing proclamation that Roe v. Wade should be enshrined and built upon. Despite the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe, this bill is a reminder that Congress is still able to pass legislation that would govern abortion policy.

We hope for a day when we will look back on abortion the way we now look back on slavery and wonder how we could have ever allowed such brutality to scar our nation.
