On January 15, the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a case called Free Speech Coalition vs. Paxton. This case will determine the fate of 19 state laws protecting children from access to online pornography through mandatory age verification requirements.
In our last three episodes of Truth Exposed, we have explored the impact of this case on vulnerable children and families, the sex trafficking industry, and the increased risk pornography poses for pediatric sexual assault.
